Rustic, spiced, cherries.
Made from traditional Veronese varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, the Bonacosta is named for the foot of the hillside vineyards in the classico zone.
You'll notice a new label on this well-known wine.
Notes of spiced cherries, saddle leather blackberry, chocolate covered espresso beans and dried herbs are anchored to an earthy core. Fine tannins across the palate add texture and it has decent structure with an espresso and cocoa finish. Straightforward, a little rustic and perfect for tomato-based pastas, grilled meats and most Italian cheeses and dishes.
